The Voyage Innovations is a platform for independent Sub-Merchants. Return and refund policies are set by each individual Sub-Merchant.

General Return Process

  1. Contact the Sub-Merchant First: Initiate returns directly with the relevant Sub-Merchant within their return window using order confirmation details.
  2. Return Windows: Typically 7-30 days for eligible physical products.
  3. Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Category-Specific Return Policies

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom/Made-to-Order: Furniture from StyleNest Furniture, personalized jewelry from Sparkle Stone Jewels Store
    • Opened Health Products: Nutri Core Supplements Store items with broken seals
    • Intimate Apparel: Swimwear, lingerie from ZenFit Activewear and Trend Cloth Hub Store
    • Cut Fabrics (GraceStitch Fabrics Store): Once fabric is cut
    • Opened Software/Electronics: Byte Parts IT Hub Store products with activated licenses
    • Rental Services (DriveEase Rentals): Subject to rental agreement terms
  • Special Conditions:
    • Babywear (TinyTrends Babywear): Must be returned with all hygiene tags attached
    • Electronics (UltraVision TVs, Byte Parts IT Hub Store): May be subject to restocking fees (15-25%)
    • Stationery (PaperNest Stationery): Opened craft packages cannot be returned
    • Jewelry (Sparkle Stone Jewels Store): Earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Refunds

  • Processed by the Sub-Merchant upon receipt and inspection
  • Credited to original payment method
  • Return shipping costs typically customer’s responsibility
  • Restocking fees may apply for electronics

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact the Sub-Merchant within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
